    The hotel has an amazing and free location close to tourist attractions and the Hangzhou International Expo Center. the rooms are uniquely designed and well-maintained, with exceptionally comfortable beds. - the check-in process was friendly and they offered a late check-out option.

    The hotel was situated in a less touristy part of town, away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions. there was a big outlet for the shopping addicted nearby. the room was spacious and had a good view over the city. the bathroom was well-equipped with necessary amenities. the service was good and friendly and the breakfast was decent.

    The temperature inside the hotel in the summer was uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to enjoy the amenities.

    We loved the excellent building architecture and spacious rooms with beautiful river views. The bathroom amenities were great, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including refreshing fresh juices. The hotel staff was accommodating, allowing us early check-in and late check-out. The location was very convenient, with a nearby metro stop and easy access to the city center and People's Theatre.

    This hotel exceeded my luxury expectations, providing exclusive amenities that made my stay a remarkable experience. the room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a comfortable bed and lavish bathroom with high-end branded amenities. the Spa & wellness centre with indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and massage services was a relaxing oasis. the breakfast buffet with a variety of quality options, including fresh juices, was a great start to my day. the staff was attentive to my needs, providing excellent service.

    The only minor drawback was the slow and unstable WiFi connection. However, this did not significantly affect my overall experience.
